In order to provide employment to the citizens of the state, the Bihar government started this program on 16th December 2016. Applicants whose age is 15 to 28 years are eligible to get training under Bihar Kushal Yuva Program. Young citizens of Bihar State will be trained according to e-learning mode. The main aim to start this scheme is to increase the employment rate in the state. Training certificates are also provided to the trainees under this program. Those applicants who are class 10th pass and young can register under this program. Here we are sharing a stepwise procedure for Bihar Kushal Yuva Program Registration

• First of all applicants have to go to the official website of Bihar Skill Development Mission
• From the home page, you have to click on the option of “Skill Youth Program”
• Now g to “Click Here to Apply Online” option
• An application form will open there on your screen 
• Here in this form You have to enter all the important information asked in the application form like your name, mobile number, email id, etc
• After this upload all the mandatory documents
• Finally, click on submit button

Bihar Kushal Yuva Program Course Fee Structure  The Applicants will have to deposit a security fee of Rs. 1000/- while admission under this scheme. This fee will be returned to the beneficiary after successful completion of the course duration. Security fee will be deposited in the account of the beneficiary within one month of the completion of the training period. Security fee will not be refunded to the beneficiary who leaves the course midway or fails to clear the final exam even after three attempts.
