Online Process

  • First of all, applicants have to open the official website of Food distribution of that particular state where you are going to apply 
  • From the home page of the official website click on the option of add a member name
  • Now a new page will open on your screen with a form 
  • Here applicants have to add the member name and his/her details 
  • Finally, click on the submit button 
  • after this process, a reference number will be delivered to your registered mobile number 

Offline process

  • For the offline process, applicants have to visit the food supply department office
  • From here applicants have to collect an application form for a new family member 
  • Now if a new family member is the son’s wife then the officer suggests you for a new ration card in the name of the son
  • if the new family member is an infant then you have to attach his/her birth certificate
  • After this fill the complete form carefully 
  • attach the other mandatory documents 
  • Finally, submit this application form to that same office where you collect the application form
  • A reference number will also given to you by the form submitter
